We almost scrapped the footage this year. My son set the drone, then let it do its thing not checking on it. For burnt ends/meat candy, pork belly and beef, I use the same things. I always bring to temp and then cool a bit and cut. I don't cut first or wrap half way through. Looks like Tahoe City didn't like the black eye of the drone show so they brought back fireworks this year. Incline has a show as well....but no Kings Beach on the 3rd like the old days. We will be heading to the cool ocean breeze of Crescent City again FWIW- onepyrotec
