Cairo in a favorite Wiley. Not to sound pretentious, but I can see some noobs being totally underwhelmed by this blend. It can take time and a somewhat experienced palette to understand some of Mr. Pease's creations.
I also prefer the regular Dark Birds Eye (shag) vs. the Vintage (ribbon). I've had both and not noticed much difference in flavor. The shag is just an easier cut to deal with in my book, not that ribbon is very difficult either.
