Show Us Your Knife (And Pipe)

I'm impressed by what I've seen so far.. Smoking my usual to start the day -Steamworks - in the Ashton Brindle XX. Accompanied by the Pro-Tech Rockeye in 3V. Any folder with 3V steel gets my juices flowing. I love a tough carbon steel. EDIT: Tomorrow is fixed blade Friday- plan accordingly. =]

Show Us Your Knife (And Pipe)

Seems ProTech has one of the most sterling reputations in the industry. I was never super drawn to autos though, just like OTFs. That said, I've got a Rockeye coming to me today. Green handle with 3V blade- I couldn't resist that combo. OTFs, by way of their inherent design, are forever doomed...

Show Us Your Knife (And Pipe)

I promised I'd break out some autos.. To accompany my morning Steamworks in the Scarlatta, we have a Guardian Tactical Scout - Elmax clip point blade and it was SCREAMING sharp out of the box. I was never big on OTFs because I thought they looked dinky and unreliable. One day I was in my local...

You sure, lol? The knife is $280 retail plus the custom slip was $45. I'd sell it on here for $150 all in.

Old Prince Albert in a Can

I've never smoked PA before, and I'm really not even interested. Maybe I'll puttem up for sale here- cheap.

Old Prince Albert in a Can

I opened the one pictured with the rust spots. Surprisingly not bone dry- actually somewhat moist.

Old Prince Albert in a Can

Any PA fans out there who could put a reasonable guestimate on the age of this tin? I've got 6 or 7 of them, visually in good shape, unopened. (This one pictured has some surface rust around the rim and seam) No clue if the ones without rust are worth trying to sell, or even if there would...
