    Replacement stems?

    I’ve decided against a replacement stem as I would have to send in the pipe (I thought there might be common sizes) and pay 50 bucks. At that point I would rather just buy another pipe that is a Churchwarden and not have to lose my pipe for x amount of days.also don’t want to buy one from meer...

    I am about to receive a new meer and would like a churchwarden stem to be able to interchange with the stem it is coming with. You would think looking for replacements would be easier to find but I am having quite the go of it. Anyone know where I could find something like that? Double points...

    As you can see in the picture it is very deeply line carved. I assume expansion and deep carving just didn’t work out on this pipe. I was a glass blower for many years making pipes I should’ve known better. Next pipe will be a not carved classic church warden. Guess I have a reason to go buy it...

    I I use the breathe method for the most part while smoking. It rarely if ever gets hot.

    Hate to revive this thread but I just received a meer from Paykoc and I smoke maybe 2 bowls a day spaced a long time apart and take great care of it and I am noticing a gnarly spidering crack going through the carving. I just emailed them so let’s hope they can help me out
