Did Sutliff make the cigars???
They had them made. Then boxed and shipped them. I honestly don't see that happening at C&D. Just a personal opinion. At least not anytime soon if I am incorrect.
I just don't see Sutliff rolling cigars.

I had smoked OTC blends for years but the first blends I tried other than Captain Black were Moontrance and Stanwell Vanilla. I am so happy to replenish my stock!

and Vanilla Cream is just sublimely fantastic.

They do the Stillwells with DTT
Opened the tin of January 2007 GL Pease Westminster that I received through my generous Secret Santa this year! The tin was bulging and hissed wonderfully when opened. Immediately smelled dark virginias, which gave way to very smoky latakia and some sourness. The smoky eventually dissipated a bit and the dark virginias became prominent. The blend was perfectly moist. The color and uniform ribbon cut reminding me of Frog Morton. Loaded it up in a Boswells pipe and oh my it was a beautiful english smoke. Perfectly smoky and rich and fruity. I have been looking for a solid English that has latakia and virginias and this delivers amazingly! I am thankful for my secret santa sending this blend… and for GL Pease blending some beautiful tobacco. Thank you!

We just got back from Manhattan at 10:24 pm. I got changed and was eager to open my box from @woodsroad that I’ve patiently been waiting (with anticipation, like the commercial he posted) to open on Christmas. Like I mentioned earlier, the box is big!
In it was a card with several presents.
The card bears a season appropriate photo taken by Dan. I’m guessing these were holiday decorations buried in snow. Very cool.
Instructions! Okay! I can follow instructions!
I opened the pink one first.
Oh man—a 2017 tin of McClelland Grand Oriental Pipe Tobaccos Smyrna No. 1! I’ve never had this and have been super curious about it.
Next up was the package using the December 2025 Pipes and Cigars catalogue as wrapping paper:
A 2014 tin of Peterson’s Perfect Plug! Yowsa!
Next up, the package with blue Hanukkah paper:
Another 2014 tin! This time, Dunhill Flake. I can’t say I ever expected I’d have a chance to partake of this iteration.
Next up, the big, heavy box in chartreuse paper:
Holy Toledo! A box of 2022 diesel Grind Robusto cigars! I’ve never had these, but just about anything by A.J. Fernandez is aces in my book!
