So I took advantage of a Black Friday 10% off sale. 5X Navy Rolls, 5X Veermaster, plus a 250 gram bag. When you figure free shipping and the retailer I ordered from (which shall remain nameless to protect the innocent) does not (yet) charge state sales tax it saved me a ton.

By the way, this will probably be one of the last big orders I ever make. I've got enough to last me a long time, after years of trying things have been lucky to just concentrate on the few blends I really want, and I find I smoke less in the cold weather now so what I have in the cellar will be more than enough.

The last of P&C special reserve.
Figured why not pick up a bundle of smokes while it’s a sale at P&C.
P&C pissed me off on an order after this one enough though I’m deleting my account with them finally.

Twisted over picking up some more tins of reserve last week but finally decided I had enough in the cellar. Bought some tins of the Per Jensen Legacy collection instead. P&C were a couple of bucks cheaper than SP. Hope for no regrets.

Outsourced their customer service to people in another country. A rep in Indonesia said it would be made right…. P&C said sorry your shit out of luck.
Soon as this cigar order is returned and refunded, deleting the account.
Did 3 orders with them. One each day. 3rd days order they messed up the order on their end and don’t want to make it right.

It boggles my mind that companies do not prioritize customer service. Have been waiting two weeks on a return email from DR power equipment on warranty claim. Quickest way to lose return purchases.
