I agree. My go-to is the System 312/11s which has the same chamber dimensions.
I think the 15 straight billiard is around the same too, but just under 6" long.
Yes- sigh…. I got one a buddy’s b-day for who is a fisherman. PERFECT for that sort of thing. Was a Zulu type shape. KICK myself that I didn’t grab one for myself. Oversights.I love the Shorts, Sports, Sportsman lines, but the stems that Giacomo Penzo did for the Short Army line are in a separate class

I guess I still have to mature as a pipe smoker, in order to appreciate the Poker shape. I am sure that day will come though and it looking at my past experiences, it will most likely turn into an obsession

I like my Rocky Donegal 701, but the the proportion of those is so much “righter”!
Another Peterson line checked off from the bucket list - The sculptured system. It's basically an aboriginal finish, but on a briar pipe. This one proved extremely hard to find, but I finally found this gorgeous 314 all the way in Australia.
I will let you know how it smokes then
