Wonderful bowl of Sutliff 507c in the Barontini 1/2 spigot bent billiard on the way to and from physical therapy. Very relaxing after a difficult morning ... woke up to no landline phone which account was shut off for failure to agree to the terms and conditions ! After speaking to someone in India then West Virginia I finally asked if a manager could please print out and review our entire record since 1955 (70yrs) and specifically tell me when we failed to agree to the terms and conditions .... suddenly it became a mistake !! Technology is so helpful. This took an hour to resolve. I feel so helped.
