I'm starting off the month with a bowl of Watch City Jim’s Golden Ticket in a straight smooth brown mid-late 60s Corporate Era Barling 5579 London England (made by Charatan) lumberman with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

C&D Rajah’s Court in a Celebi Meer. Enjoyed time spent with family trick or treating and helping our librarian friend hand out candy at the library. I really enjoyed teasing the kids, “lollipops are free, snickers are 50 cents.” “You want a Reese Cup? Gotta read a book”. It’s not funny when you can’t see the kids faces.

Some free advice to older men: if you are trick or treating without a kid and are dressed up as Winnie the Pooh, you look like a diddler. Stay away Pooh, I am insanely protective.
There was also a man dressed up as Mr Blippy handing out candy, did he think any parent in their right mind would let their kid anywhere near him? IMG_5318.jpeg

Now smoking year 2014 Full Virginia Flake in a straight smooth brown Algerian briar post-war 1940s family era Barling’s Make Ye Olde Wood 238 T.V.F. Made in England EXEL pot with a tapered black ebonite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. This will take a while, and I may end the day early with this smoke.

Now smoking year 2013 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth brown 1960s-70s BBB Own Make 506 Canadian with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Not ending the day early because Daisy the Feral Princess was banging at the back door a couple of minutes ago. When she came in for wet food, so did Tomato the Brave. Harry the Hairy went out when they came in. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is in front of m'lady's chair bathing herself.
