Sorry no picture yet; but my Christmas XL90 came in and the copper looks as it should.

I should be getting my hands on some Christmas Cheer pretty soon - as a new blend to me - and I think they'll companion to begin with...

I decided to get into the spirit...
Gave the Peterson Christmas pipe for this year another shot and this one is nice, specifically with the copper appearing as it should. It's an XL90.
I also picked these 2 Christmas Cheers up locally from a guy that has pretty much departed from the hobby. What started out as an opportunity to grab a couple of tins, turned into an entire cellar purchase of about 15#.
TBH, most of it I DON'T WANT so I'll be picturing and posting in the proper thread soon. Some of them are highly desired by others.

About two months ago I had only one pre-republic Pete in my collection, but I wanted a pre- rep system, so I messaged someone in the forum to ask if he would sell me one of his amazing Petes. This was answered by a crazy act of generosity- I received multiple pipes and accessories as a gift...this absolutely confirmed what I already knew - that the pipe community is just one of the most wholesome ones out there.
As soon as I received the package, my luck with finding these beauties changed completely.
I was doing some cleaning up and decided to take a photo of some of my Pete's and share them with you, also two of the gifted ones are in this photo.

Those are all 03s - i am getting a XL02 premier next week, in the hopes that I start liking the shape... Up to this point I have always perceived it as a bit too"anatomically correct"
