I thought this was going to be about the wonders of fall, haha. I didn't even get into Halloween as a kid but one of our daughters is a Halloween junkie.

Never really been a fan of horror/scary movies in general but there are a few I've enjoyed. The Exorcist, Halloween, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Cult Of The Cobra, Something Wicked This Way Comes - those off the top of my head without thinking much about it. The Devil's Rejects is pretty entertaining but it's less horror than it is a postscript on House Of 1000 Corpses, and both reinforce my issues with clowns, lol. I'll watch the old Hammer films just because they are campy and entertaining but slasher films for the most part have always been a hard pass - a good vampire or werewolf themed film is fun (unfortunately there are a lot of them, not that many that are "good").
