Currently smoking my CAO Lattice billiard with some Sutliff 515RC-1 while watching March Madness.

Pure Virginia in my first clay, some random smaller pipe from smoking pipes for 8 bucks.

I’m hoping there’s a break in time for new clays as this leaving a chalky effect on the tongue… but, this is the best taste I’ve been able to get out of hh pure Virginia, which is hard because it’s already one of my favorites!

@Backwoods Briar they do smoke amazing!

Edit: bowl doesn’t seem hot… but it’s acting as a nice hand warmer.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and have passed the half way mark of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Peru Penachi Fair Trade Organic, neat, is my drink. Going to clean a few pipes, and then work on estate pipes.

Now smoking a bowl from a freshly opened tin of year 2013 Capstan Gold in a straight smooth brown Algerian briar post-WW2-mid 50s family era Barling’s Make Ye Olde Wood Special Made in England squat dublin with a tapered black ebonite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. First time smoking this pipe. The 4AB Heritage Brown is being given the salt and alcohol tretment, and I'm close to having two more of David's pipes cleaned. Dunno what I'll smoke in them, but I'll eventually figure it out.
