You need a better lawyer. NDA's are often unenforceable, especially in personal injury situations.

In 2002 they tried to buy Hershey. They entire town told them no. That company really earned my respect that day. Reports now say that Nestlé rejected their selling price but being employed by Nestlé at the time, we saw the drama unfold. When they got rejected, they threatened disciplinary action on anyone found at the company with Hershey products.
