Green Bay Pipe Club March Meeting

Consider yourself invited to the first (monthly?) meeting of a new Green Bay pipe club:

Date: Saturday, March 23, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM
Place: Prohibition Spirits and Cigar Lounge, 159 N. Broadway St., Green Bay, WI

Since we will be using their lounge, please plan to patronize them in some way.

If we represent pipe smokers well by being worthwile customers (and by being otherwise pleasant to have around), it will no doubt bode well for future opportunities.

As of this post, there are (5) Pipes Magazine Forums members from NE and Central WI planning to attend. You who are further afield would be very welcome, if you could join us!

Nice! I was a Bart Starr fan as a kid and loved reading Jerry Kramers' classic, Instant Replay. Go Green Bay!

This was honestly a fantastic time of pipe smoking, and such a great venue for the event. Looking forward to future meetings. and a chance to meet @mikefu, and anyone else that happens to make it over to Green Bay. Thanks again to @SBC for getting this off the ground.

Yes, turns out that I'd enjoy hanging out with any of these guys even if we didn't have pipe smoking in common ;-)

And yes, Prohibition wound up being an ideal venue. Highly recommendable for its creating many points of comfortable isolation within its spaciousness.
