    If our some friends have goes to abroad they have a right buy for 250grams pipe tobacco for personal consumption. That's a way or we have a few pipe tobacco makers locally. We can't goes to any tobacco shop and take a tin.

    Yes, I agree that. A company have a licence about pipe tobaccos import to the Turkey but they dont use that. Maybe they can't measure demand to pipe tobacco in Turkey or anything else, (procedure processes or etc.) I don't know completely.

    Unfortunately, you can't go beyond this in Turkey. Perhaps you can find a few more local varieties. Due to the ban on importing pipe tobacco to Turkey, we don't have too many options. So, everyone's level of indulgence varies.
