Just Noticed an Excise Tax on my Orders!?
Here in New Mexico any pipe tobacco sold is taxed at 25%. 2016 is the date of the tax. Called a upscale pipe shop in NM a month ago. The man on the phone told me 2 oz of tobacco sold for over $8.
