I don't know much about it, but I believe they quit using the diamond logo quite a while back. There may not even be anyone who knows how to do it. Corn Cobs - what’s the skinny?
I figured out the gurgling problem. It's not the fact that it's a cob, rather it's a stem problem. First the draft hole where the smoke enters the stem is much too small and second the length of the stem creates a problem.
