    Yow! And I thought my G.L.Pease Blackpoint in the Davis/Florov/Quality Briars Anniversary pipe was nice! Nova Scotia? I spent part of a summer near Berlin on the south shore many years ago. Beautiful place. Thanks for your post.

    Okay, I'm not new to pipe smoking, but I am ignorant of some of the slang/abbreviations. Would someone tell me what P.A. and B&amp stand for? BTW, I'm smoking IRC Gourmet English in a Ben Wade billiard I've had since college, 35 years ago.

    Still breaking in an Upshall bent bulldog with IRC Gourmet English. Starting to taste much better - the pipe, I mean - the first few bowls were nasty like shoe polish.

    IRC Gourmet English for the first smoke in my brand new Rad Davis/Alex Florov Anniversary pipe for Quality Briar. WOW! I've smoked a pipe off and on for 35 years, and I never knew it could be nearly this pleasurable.

    Dr. Bradley's from Iwan Ries, about 6 years old now. Breaking in a cranky bent rhodesian Upshall grade P while I'm working. Drinking Lapsang Souchong tea between puffs.
