Sometimes It Is Hard
Very interesting but it doesn't sound like anything I would like to try. I learned a long time ago, if you have frequent tongue burn, you're probably trying to smoke the wrong end of the pipe.- nkourilo

Other than meerschaum & cob, all my pipes are briar. I'd be interested in hearing about your experience with pipes made from wood other than briar. One thing I've noticed is that they are less expensive than briar pipes.- nkourilo
