C&D Cornell & Diehl Eight State Burley
I ignored the 2nd and 3d Chinese reviews (the yare the same anyway), and bought 5 tins. I hope Smokingpipes will delete them; with a help of a translator it gives us: "Welcome to the Kirkie Dog Pasture Show in the toilet at Station B". Very innovative approach in tobacco reviewing.- mindglue

What Makes a Favourite Pipe.
I am not sure that it's about specific shape, weight or size, but rather having a consistently good smoke experience with a certain pipe. My Barling meer never failed me. -

I still experimenting with tamping. When I smoke couple bowls of the same tobacco, I am trying to find if there is any difference in taste, when tamping few times VS no tamping. Hard to say, I think it's a matter of the individual technique and experience.- mindglue

Finally a Nic Hit

Started with C&D Bayou Morning in a Northern Briar rusticated prince, continued with HH Bold Kentucky in a Rusticated Barling meer, and finished with a Dreams of Kadath in cob. It was a good vitamin N load:sher:- mindglue
