How Many Open Blends?
Approaching 100, but only around 6 that I hit on a regular basis. The rest I view like a library, always there for reference with certain ones going in and out of favor over time. The variety of tobacco is one of the things that I like about pipe smoking.- leonardbill1

Big Chief Electric Smoker Any Good?
I have a Little Chief. Probably had it for 35 years and it still works great. I just use it for smoking salmon. It doesn't perform well in cold, wet weather. You also have to use their proprietary shredded wood. I also have a Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill water smoker that apparently isn't made any...- leonardbill1

Excise Tax on Pipe Tobacco Shipments to Colorado
Thanks. What seems odd to me is that, if this has been in effect since 2020, it has taken until now to show up on any online retailer's calculation of total purchase price. I guess that I should just shut up and be thankful that it has taken this long.- leonardbill1

I just had P&C try to charge me an excise tax on a pipe tobacco order to be shipped to Colorado.
