I've had many types of occupations and learned much from talented and skilled people. I have been into pipes and cigars for over 50 years and only began to make pipes seriously in the last two years.
I also make fancy wood handled knives, wooden jewelry, sculpture and the occasional music box. In my woods I grow maple, honey locust, walnut, oak and hickory which I only harvest if they fall or are damaged by storm. I spalt as much as I can.
