Peterson POYs From a Decade Before Peterson Started Making POYs

Those are some seriously handsome pipes. The '88 and '94 are especially nice. Congrats on getting a nice piece of Peterson history!

If you know who this is we can be friends

Ah, damn, you're right. If my range buddy was still alive, he'd never let me live it down that I mixed them up. :ROFLMAO:

If you know who this is we can be friends

If memory serves, Mr. Keith was instrumental in Smith developing their Model 19 K-Frame .357 revolvers. One of the best commercial handguns ever made, in my humble opinion.

    Feedback Loop Disintegration, Anyone?

My opposition to AI, as with most new and untested technologies, isn't with the tech itself; that AI is inefficient and poorly understood is natural since it is a novelty, and like most technologies, it is reasonable to assume it will be better and more efficient in time. Rather, my opposition...

    Best affordable pipes?

Pipes and Cigars sells Stanwells. Link below: https://www.pipesandcigars.com/category/shop-by-brand/stanwell/ Genods and Chacoms are found on smokingpipes.com easily enough.

    Best affordable pipes?

Stanwell gets criminally overlooked ever since their production was moved to Italy, but for your price range, their pipes are hard to beat. There are a lot of French manufacturers whose pipes are very affordable and well made, e.g. Chacom or Genod.

    Wet Shave

I started wet shaving with a DE Merkur 34c several years ago. One of the better decisions I ever made. I don't fuzz up a whole lot, but I got some skin issues that makes breakouts and the like very common. Shaving with disposable or electric razors always made those issues flare up, so I...

War Horse Bar is a winner!

Well, why not? I thankfully have several tins stored away. I personally loved that blend. Smoky, sweet, and bold. It still blows my mind that apparently it was a poor seller.

    Matches?

Every now and then I will see the occasional tobacconist or brewery or some similar hipster-esque establishment hand them out. I got a friend who occasionally keeps them for me when she does come across them. Personally, my Arangos are all I need, but I do like a good match regardless.

No Wonder the Aliens are Content to Watch Instead of Invade

I mean, Christians used to burn people alive for this. So a max of three years in prison could be said to be progress, I suppose.

Jim's STG Versions of Mac Baren Blends Reviews.

Night Owl has been my favorite so far. Director's Cut is also great. There's still many I have yet to try. I really want to try Dark Sea and Dark Moor next.

    Mad Men

By far my favorite television show of all time. This was an interesting interview, thank you for sharing!

    Pipe Cleaning and Maintenance

This is also more or less my method. I've enough pipes in my rotation, and smoke only 1-3 days daily at the most, that a deep cleaning for my pipes is typically only required once yearly. As long as I clean my pipes after use, I find they smoke well. I will sometimes polish the nickel/silver...

The Flavors of Perique: Fruity vs. Spicy -- FIGHT!

I find, for myself at least, what flavors I pick up on depends on which other tobaccos in a blend dominate. If I am smoking a blend where the virginias are dominant, then I find it easier to pick up the fig-like notes. If it is the burleys/DFK, then definitely the pepper/spice notes are easier...

    Any experience with Posella pipes?

I may have to add a Posella to my collection. I love aggressively rusticated pipes, and those do look lovely!
