Less than 2 hrs til the New Year, for me. A balmy 44 degrees out, and trying something new: Toscanello Hazelnut Raffinato 🍂🌰 -- A very tasty little sucker! Happy New Year, Everyone!! 🎉🍾 (@PaulRVA I'm keeping my eyes open for fires and scared horses.) 😻

I regret to inform everyone that, seeing as I am now Part of the Furniture, you are probably not getting rid of me anytime soon. Like the loose change you thought was gone from behind the sofa cushions ... I'll still be there. If it's not too cold later I'll share what I end up smoking...

@Benedict Munsinger Absolutely, I'm really liking these a lot. They truly are a tantalizing combination of flavor and convenience - I've been cutting them in half according to @infectedpsyche 's preferred protocol. So far I've only tried this Antico, but I also have the flavored Hazelnut...

You know, when I first envisioned using this stem, I thought I might end up straightening it. However, after testing it "as is" I kind of liked the angle. You can see from the photo that the Toscano is aimed quite nicely, and it felt natural in that position. So for now, I will try it again...

Of all the bird-brained jokes that I almost didn't catch -- I could kill two of 'em with one stone. :ROFLMAO:

As @MontyTX said, it got quite cold in Texas. Not as cold as for some of you I'm sure, I mean we're still in the 30s, but cold enough! I'm sitting outside anyhow, but going for something quick. Also wanted to test out my 2nd homemade "easygar." (@infectedpsyche I'm still experimenting with...

Having the second half of the Toscano Antico. This time in a makeshift, seat-of-the-pants, quick-fab holder. It's working well. Will be experimenting more ... Still iced tea, M&S Xtra Strong.

***What Are You Smoking, December 2025?***

First time trying a Toscano -- this is the Antico. I can see why some folks put these in a holder of some sort -- they're just so narrow to hold. I'm enjoying it -- they really are "no fuss." Iced tea -- Marks & Spencer Extra Strong. 🧊☕ Hey @infectedpsyche I noticed you often smoke the...

Wow, @Benedict Munsinger that is quite the ritualistic endeavor, both on the tobacco side and the caloric sustenance side. Well done, and looks delish. 🐟 BTW, I love your "solution" to the "ugly" tin warnings. 😻

Another warm evening (still 74 deg). Another 80 degree day tomorrow, and then it drops like a 🪨. 👑 We Three Kings 👑 in a Vermont Freehand Cherrywood Morta. H-E-B Moka Java coffee. :coffee:

***What Are You Smoking, December 2025?***

It was several days ago that I packed my DIY Hardwood Li'l Chap with We Three Kings 👑, but just now lighting it up. It sat outside all this time, but it's humid enough in Texas that it's not over-dried. Smoking great. Tea cup is empty, but too lazy at the moment to go inside and fill it up. 😻
