This was a nice looking plate. Brisket, sausage, ribs (Texas Trio), garnished with pimento cheese, pickled carrots, pickled green tomatoes, smoked peanuts, and red onions. Tamarind Mollasses BBQ sauce and Mustard Butter are the sauces. Served with tallow-fried sourdough toast.- jackattack

The stem is lower than the hole at the bottom of the bowl so all the moisture from the tobacco goes directly into your face hole.- jackattack

Chicken leg quarters, 2lbs. of brisket, 1lb of ribs, black-eyed peas with burnt ends, pickled carrots, and smoked peanuts. The sauces are mustard-butter and tamarind molasses bbq. There's a chili vinaigrette that goes with the chicken but I took the picture before I put it on the tray.- jackattack

They were very different. The second one was MUCH more....full bodied, I guess. It just had more of everything. It's like going from a Marlboro Light to a Marlboro Red. I always preferred Reds.- jackattack

Hahaha...ever. Not counting swisher sweets. It was good? Not having anything to compare it to makes it hard to judge, but it smoked nice and had a decent flavor.- jackattack

Humidor suggestions, please
I've started getting into cigars and am looking for suggestions for small humidors. My boss and I have started trading (pipe tobacco for cigars, best job ever) and I'm getting more cigars than I can smoke and I don't want them to go to waste.
