For a change, a positive article on our hobby.

34 year old blue collar guy here. I tend to despise my millennial generation... and especially the hipsters there within. The fact that hipsters have taken to pipes is rather irritating, I have to hide my pipe smoking in fear of being labeled one! No, pipes shouldn't just be for old men... but...

Does anyone know where to find a Fishtail Peterson 31 Stem?

Going to buy one new off a lad for a great price, and although I don't mind the P Lip at all, I think a straight pipe should be a fishtail (just my preference) Anyone know of a source? I have seen the 31 for sale with the fishtail design... so know they're out there. Thanks so so much Trev

How Do I Remove Oxidization from My Brigham Stem??

After having an oxidized stem on my brand new Peterson I did a bunch of research. Oxiclean over night. Or a half hour of elbow grease and some Bar Keepers Friend on a damp rag. Also, coat the stem in some chap stick when it dries. Helps prevent re-oxidization and makes it look good too.

    First Post... a Gripe

My apologies for introducing myself with a gripe. I am very new to pipe smoking and do enjoy it very much. My first brand new pipe arrived today... A Brigham... yes the ones made in Italy instead of Canada. It is a shape 29 algonquin. After taxes it was a hundred dollar pipe. Well, it arrived...
