    What is a hipster?

"Counterculture has mutated into a self-obsessed aesthetic vacuum, stripped of its subversion and originality." and I add to that 'tiresome.'

    Happy 100th, Frank!

Everything Fnord said! I try not to think about his personal life while listening to his music. I guess that is true for a lot of music. Come to think of it, many talented and popular artists have lead messed up lives.

    Stanley Cup Playoffs 2015

I am an Isles fan through and through, and this was an especially painful last few weeks. "New York: Go ahead and knock down the Coliseum, you won't be needing it any more." Yes, because they've moved to Brooklyn! :crying:

    Bringing tobacco overseas

Hi All, We plan on flying to Costa Rica and I was hoping to bring a tin of pipe tobacco, some pipes and a few cigars. Do you know of any legislation that prohibits me from brining them into CR or brining it back to the US afterward? I would like to enjoy my pipe by the pool on a nice evening...

    Stevie Ray Vaughan (RIP)

SRV is one of my favorite artists. I remember hearing him for the first time as a teenager, being in awe, and playing his music over and over. 'Sky is Crying' was my accompaniment on my recent long drive to NC.

    I love Escudo

The first time I tried Escudo I was fortunate to have been offered a 30-year aged one. It really opened my eyes and taste buds. It was the single most enjoyable pipe experience yet. I have since bought my own tins and it is still my favorite tobacco. Like me, it does get better with age!
