    Yeah. I thought about that after I made my post. I had an issue with some Steamworks in 2023 and they hooked me up but it was a new tin. How do they make up for 8 years of aging? Surely they can’t. One of the risks of cellaring I suppose.

    These are the top two rated drip coffee makers at Consumer Reports. Neither are hugely expensive and both bring the water to the correct temperature for a very good extraction. I have the DCC-3200 and I love it.

    For my experience, I’d take USPS over UPS every single time. Yeah, I was put way, way out by USPS one time (package to New Jersey took 6 weeks) and I know it could happen again, but like Hoosier, I’ve shipped *many* packages without issue.
