I have never had white spots like that before, so can’t comment on what it is. When I have mould grow on whole leaf it has started as black, similar to what you have here, but more exaggerated- Ahi Ka

They are now ageing. I don’t know what the temp/humidity is like in your shed over summer, but provided you haven’t stored the leaves too wet then mould won’t be an issue.
