Not only are there too many for me to list, but there are also the blends that, although they technically still exist, it's in name only, not in fact. In other words, blends that have been butchered into oblivion.

Ah, but if you must have an answer, my top three right now are Plumcake, Burley London Blend, and Newminster 400.

Not necessarily a blend but more blending stock, I miss Sutliff’s RC-515. I use it for my personal home blends as a base Virginia. I have a limited amount now and trying to save that as best as possible. Second is a blend and that is Sutliff’s Cringle Flake. I enjoyed getting the various yearly iterations. I still hope C&D could do something similar with both mentioned above. I think Low County’s Carolina Christmas is probably the closest well to a Cringle Flake replacement.

I’ve only been smoking a pipe for a few years, so I haven’t tried all the blends that went away before my time.

#1 tobacco that I will miss is Sutliff Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match. I’m so glad I stocked up on it.

#2 is actually still being made, but apparently it is no longer the same since STG took over. It’s Mac Baren Scottish Mixture. Unfortunately, I only have a couple of tins of this one left.

Another vote for Sutliff 515RC-1 Matured Red VA. And Sutliff 507-S Stoved VA. Nothing like them on the market for blending stock.

But the one I miss the most as a smoker is Mac Baren HH Rustica. No major blender is doing anything at scale with Rustica leaf right now, which is a dang shame. I am glad I socked away several pounds of HH Rustica, but it’s not going to last forever.

In no particular order, just off the top of my head--

McClelland Bombay Court
McClelland 2030 Balkan
McClelland 2040
Edgeworth Ready Rubbed
Barking Dog (last available iteration was from House of Windsor in the mid-00's)
Butera Kingfisher
Orlik Dark Strong Kentucky.

Bengal Slices would have made the list, but a suitable doppelganger is still available, and I'm still stacked 8 sealed tins deep from the James B. Russell version from15 years ago.
