Time enough for a short smoke before lunch. Very dreary, wet day requires smoking in the Garage.

Thinking maybe I should have smoked it in the larger Altinay Meer?
It seems less “flavorful” than the Jim’s Golden Ticket from yesterday?
Much less sweet, floral notes and can’t pick up on any bright citrus either?
I have to give this blend another go in the Altinay to see if it opens up more?

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and have passed the last quarter of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink. Didn't walk today because of the cold rain. We didn't get any of the snow and ice that our local Inaccu-weather said we would. I'm glad of that.

Half way through this bowl of first production Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Getting ready to clean a few pipes.
Good afternoon, gentlemen. Unable to make my usual Friday visit to my cigar lounge so I am compensating with GL Pease Key Largo, my favorite cigar leaf blend. Smoking it in a Castello Sea Rock panel billiard. Until I started photographing my pipes for this tread, I didn't realize how many are panels. A pot of Lampsang Souchong on the side. Sunny and around freezing here in Ohio.
