Got a chance to play and sing at my church’s fall market, and then rode a bicycle around white rock lake with my wife for the first time in four years. I used to ride my bike to work and back every day and then around the lake a few times each week - my wife has been riding again for about a month and she was in way better shape. Now back home, smoking some cube cut 2016 triple play in the Pete PSB 20FB.

I’ve always liked the annual pipes from the Hunting series. It’s a brilliant idea — shaping and coloring each pipe to match a specific animal. What’s great is that the maker never abandoned the concept and continues to release new editions every year. I recently saw a couple of unsmoked ones for sale — The Wild Boar 2000 and The Wild Turkey 2006. At this point, they’re practically antiquesView attachment 428097Just filled the racks in the garage with just under half a cord of firewood (no I didn’t cut it - comes kiln dried in big ole bags on pallets, lol) and feeling self-satisfied and ready for winter by the fireplace.
