LOL, my wife was born to want to help - my mom says at age 2, I was saying, “No, by myself!” Somehow we’ve made it 37+.
I hear ya, it’s heartwarming she wants to do “together” stuff, but I don’t like an audience, nor verbalizing what I’m doing so I do better as an individual asset. She doesn’t find it amusing that I constantly tell her “if you want to help me, go do something other than what I’m doing, there’s plenty to be done around here”🤣

Pipe Dreamer and Star Gazer
Hello telescopes ... me (the Inveterate Tinkerer, name courtesy of a Pipe Club brother) would be interested in the recipe for Lazy Bones. I think you've, previously, given us the recipe for "Telescopes" but I'd be interested in that as well. NOTE: I'm always up for "mixology", a term I've heard for the first time this month, courtesy of Sigmund.
Hmm, unless your answer will be "If I tell you, then I'll have to kill you!"
3 oz Vintage Virgina (Lane RLP-6), .5 Turkish, .5 Maryland,, 2 Cherry Sutliff B23

This makes 6 oz. I adjust it a bit when making a pound.

There are some Lane Cherries you can sub out, but getting the Maryland and the Turkish will be the challenge. I am positive sources for these two tobaccos will one day reappear. At least I hope so. Until then, I have a few pounds left to smoke.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, orange roughy and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. Tomorrow should be an off diet day if I am lucky. I'm a third of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Sam Gawith Best Brown Flake in a straight smooth brown 1933-1945 Comoy’s patent Grand Slam 159 *4 apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Daisy the Feral Princess came in to eat, and then left. Tomato the Brave woke up, ate, and went out. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is snoozin' at the end of the chair by m'lady's feet. I'm watching the Jays-Mariners game.

Now smoking Rivertown Tobacco Works Sunrise Select in a straight smooth brown 1950s-mid ‘60s (GBD) Rozier San Francisco 9240 squat bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Daisy the Feral Princess came back in to eat, and spent the rest of the time on my lap until a moment ago. Going to clean a few pipes as I watch the ball game.
