I get the photo problem, but from a different perspective. I'm a avid photographer, and a Linux user. My photographs are all taken with either a B&W 4x5, (I still shoot mostly film and develop it in a darkroom believe it or not) or a 24mp DSLR which is color balanced for my Canon Pixma-1 Pro printer for exhibition prints. The color profile on my DSLRs are balanced with my Pixma, and I'm not going to alter it for a forum posting, so most of the pics I post suck.I'm crap at loading pics![]()
Yeah, CE has been a big help to a lot of us. His most important post statement that had a big effect on me is when he said recently (paraphrase) " . . . . I've never found a tobacco that wasn't worth smoking." Wise indeed, and I've endeavoured to put my ego-based opinions aside, and follow this advice. A thanks from me, too, Cap!In my continued exploration of new (to me) and delicious pipe tobacco blends I finally pulled the trigger on a few KBV blends.
Therefore, on today's menu is a generous helping of Burley Morning Pipe loaded in my bent falcon with a chimney meer paired with a nespresso and a delightfully black coffee.
If my memory serves, it was @Chasing Embers who inspired me to pick up this bowl/falcon combination. I'm still working on slowing down my cadence but I've really been enjoying it. Thanks man!
