Drew Estate Kentucky Fire Cured Fat Molly this afternoon. Good wind for smoking without the deer getting wind of me! I didn't have a cigar cutter with me so I used my knife. My son said, Dad, isn't that the knife you gutted the other deer with?" I told him no lol that was a different knife. It's almost 60 degrees here today, not sure if any deer will be moving.
