Thanksgiving Day blend in the SMS Big Bent Lattice Meer this morning, with coffee. Maybe it is some oriental ghost in the meer from a prior smoke, but this blend definitely different in a briar.

@Dave760 I was smoking GH Brown Pigtail twist in my clay pipe at the Redcoats & Revolutionaries event at Cromford Mill. A good tobacco choice for smoking a clay; Jason the blacksmith (who lights my pipe with an ember from his forge) says the twist smelled like 18th century taverns / alehouses

Jason looks good for his age—most people would look like dust by now.
