Gorgeous smoker. I love meers that are in classic briar shaped but have a carved relief surface, it'll be breathtaking when the color kicks in.

Just finished smoking Wilke Surbrug’s Golden Sceptre in a late 40s, early 50s straight black sandblasted Wagner British Thorn 495 (Comoy’s second) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Enjoyed a small, but tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking Watch City Blue Ridge Special in a straight smooth ebony post-WW2 LHS Sterncrest 91 bulldog with a sterling silver band, a diamond shank and a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Finished work for the day, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 2018 full bend smooth Terracotta Peterson XL315 System Standard military mount with a nickel cap and a flared black vulcanite p-lip stem. Have a bunch of things to do before bed time, but with luck, this will be my last smoke of the day.

James with the pipe says what a great job I'm doing litter picking. I met one of the fellow members of my litter picking group yesterday and he says I'm doing a great job as well. Too much litter gets dumped and it's left to us hard working volunteers to keep the place tidy.
James says I deserve a few clay bowls worth of Clan but he's tight on funds now...
