Hey congrats on your baby girl man!
Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2012 Anniversary Kake in a smooth burgundy 1979 Chippendale (Charatan second) Rhodesian 49 with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
I am at the Serra Franciscan Retreat Center this weekend, and my pipes have come out quite a bit. I'm swimming in a sea of cigar smokers, so I have to represent! Just enjoyed a bowl of MacBaren's Royal Twist Deluxe in a Savinelli pot.

Half way through this bowl of year 2022 Prince Albert in a 2015 Basil Meadows black sandblasted billiard with an aluminum band and a pearl red acrylic tapered stem.
Esoterica Dunbar in a circa 1910 Marechal, Ruchon & Co. with a Red Bull on the side. Planning on staying up late tonight. It’s a good night.
Finishing up a bowl of ERR Match that I packed days ago and just started yesterday.
My second bowl is dedicated to the memory of Dave, the Weez.

Prior to discovering the Forums, I had no idea that decrepit old pipes could be resurrected and given a 2nd (or 3rd) life.
How could you not like someone with a love of the old and giving them a new purpose.
And meerschaum to boot.
So my second bowl is in a 1896 meerschaum Cutty with a replacement tapered Bakelite stem.
I don't have Condor, but I'm assuming that Dave will have no argument with a bowl of Erinmore Flake.
Cube cut and gravity filled.

Going to have G.L. Pease Spark Plug in a Savinelli Punto Oro Bulldog 514 KS. This pipe is probably from the ’70s when Savinelli “added a vulcanite insert to the shank to welcome the floc mouthpiece.” This Punto Oro has no brass dot, perhaps, because of the aforementioned floc mouthpiece.
Wilke 515 in a Bjarne, very nice together. Enjoying Christmas

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am a third of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Full Virginia Flake in a straight 1968 Dunhill Shell bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Watching a documentary about the history of movie theaters.
GH Dark Plug in a late 1800’s Loewe Egg Meer restored and restemmed by Ryan Alden
The upright stem is the original albatross bone. It has a stainless insert and a removable briar end so it’s actually usable as a stem.

Possibly a replacement stem, they're quite proud of those brass dots. Unusually short shank for a 514.
Here's another 514 vulcanite ferrule mount Punto Oro. Looks so unusual with that reduced shank.
