Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I smoked a bowl of year 2021 R.C. Owen Silver Tip Fire Cured Twist in a small 1982 three quarter bend unbranded meer with a smiling turbaned Turk's head and a tapered yellow acrylic stem.

View attachment 163485Has anyone tried these Semois buchons yet? Saw them new at smokingpipes and decided to give ‘em a go. Firing this one up in an Ashton in a few and putting the rest of the buchons in the cigar humidor as they seem a bit dry.
Haven’t tried those, might have to see if they still have some. I like Semois a lot. It’s a very dry leaf, no worries there.

Half way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked. Ice water and bergs is my drink. It's just too humid for coffee tonight.

Nearing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2017 Esoterica Dorchester in a straight smooth brown 1920s KBB Rocky Briar 1582 patent no.298978 with a B in a circle bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Just fed three ferals, and am watching an old 1930s John Wayne movie.
