Sounds delicious and potentially deadly in several ways. For example a small child might accidental get in between you and a salami and end up losing an arm.
I used to be addicted to lunch meats, but I quit cold turkey.
That would make my gout flare up so bad... but go for it! Salami is delicious!
It's the best. And German sausage, of course, is the wurst.
Iberico Ham would be the cured meat I would survive off if given the option. I believe it's from wild pigs that live in areas with acorn trees, so they eat the acorns, get super fat, and then produce shiny and oily meat that is just delicious.

If I had to choose a meat-only diet, I'd opt for a Canadian-style pepperoni diet - I could take a bath in that stuff.
