New Falcon Meer

Took my new bowl for a spin last night with some Regents Flake.

Several firsts going one here. This is my first Falcon and my first Meer.

I have a meer falcon and I love it! Glad you like yours.

In my experience with Falcons, the meerschaum bowls are the best combination with the pipe. Wonderful dry, cool smoke.

"White Pearl Meerschaum" on Ebay. I believe I found out about them here on the forum a couple of weeks ago when I began to look.

It took about 2 weeks to arrive straight from Turkey. So far I'm very pleased. It was one with a larger chamber than most and cost about $50

I wanted to find a relatively inexpensive way to try out a meerschaum. All in, including the aluminum stem from SP, the whole set-up was about $75

I looked at those and liked them, but the chambers were smaller than what I was able to get.

If you typically smoke a pipe with a regular sized chamber, those are great options.

I have a Falcon Meerschaum bowl. When I smoke a Falcon, it is always with the meerschaum bowl. The briar bowl is always ignored

Off topic: I couldn't help but notice the Lovecraft book in the background. Have you by chance been able to watch any of of Lovecraft Country on HBOMax? If not, it's quite good. I am a couple of episodes behind but I'm liking it so far.
