Sounds good. As I learn more about whisky I think I like those unique finish flavors. I’ll put that on the list to try.
Other than my avatar I had never tried the Loch Lomond, but I definitely have that one on my list. By the way - Hergé had invnted the Loch Lomond Distillery long before the actual distillery had been founded as an homage to the comic books.

I have recently tried some mushroom coffee. I bought some chaga and cordyceps variety plus lions mane and chaga.
The cordyceps/chaga is delicious and will compliment a pipe very well with its earthy flavour
The jury is still out on the lions mane. It's fruity.

I've been searching the woods for chaga lately! I know I've seen it around before I knew what it was, but haven't been able to find any now that I'm looking.
