....but is anyone ever “really” done? Aside from the Captain that is.....

I thought I saw him at Walgreens the other day, bleary-eyed and swaggering, stuffing pouches of Half & Half behind his codpiece and running from the rotund security staff...

It's possible that cleaning fluid was involved, either on his end or mine, perhaps both!

If anyone, like me, has wanted to try these blends but has been too cheap to pry open the wallet, they are now on sale at SP.

I thought I was done with TAD for the year.....

Too rich for me , $5/ounce is as high as I will go.
I thought I was done, too.......but is anyone ever “really” done?
Yep, all genres covered in desired amounts. My tobacco and pipe collecting got kicked to the side when my interest in speed cubing started.
What is this "done" you speak of?
For me, it was when I realized I had nearly 350 pounds of tobacco in my closet.
Half & Half
Good in a cob or RYO.
Did he buy a blister-packed Grabow?
I've bought many over the past three decades and would take one over a Dunhill any day.

I have a number of lovely aged unopened tins, some of the discontinued classics, but I definitely prowled through the selections. I liked the looks of the full strength blend with burley. We're unlikely to see this price again.

These are all very enjoyable. Blairgowrie is my personal favorite FWIW. Far superior to the “Dunhill” blends. No sharp edges and a refined balance.

I was expecting them to be just some more GLP blends but I find them to somehow stand separate from Greg’s other fine offerings.

I could easily be wrong but the leaf seems to be of higher quality than the norm.

If you enjoy latakia these are well worth a try despite the higher cost.
