  • While it was a bit difficult to hear clearly, Ben’s detailed description and history of the museum was quite fascinating and enticing. The website is an absolute mind-blower. Damn, I wanna go there right now!
I enjoyed hearing “Ogden’s Nut Gone Flake” again (it’s been years). I remember buying it when it first came out, a brilliant, wonderful and bizarre album.
Nice wrap-up of the Chicago Show emails.
    Great rant…just be nice!
Thanks for another always entertaining show.

  • Captain Black is something that just never appealed to me. Probably the Borkum Riff style pouches they come in. The one that has a hint of vanilla has some appeal to me due to the wonderful room note it has. But I must congratulate the company that bought them from Lane Ltd. I didn’t think any tobacco company had enough integrity to buy a company out, change the ingredients around and then actually rename the product. I’ve never heard of this happening. They usually just start selling the product without a word of warning. Kudos!!
The interview with Ben was most enjoyable even if I missed a word of it now and again. Ben’s English was impeccable so that wasn’t the problem. It seems that the link to him was rather “noisy”. His descriptions of things was really enjoyable. It is a fascinating place. I first heard of the museum some 10-15 years ago and was just thrilled with it. and I wanted to go then. Now I am really psyched up for it. If I can just get over the fear of flying that I have I am all set.
It so difficult for us to be nice. If they’re nice you should be nice.
    Weird music.
