Yanik Baby Dragon

I just pulled the trigger on this Yanik baby dragon, I had placed it in my watch category on EBay and I received an offer to buy I couldn’t refuse.
Thoughts and comments please as I know very little about meerschaum pipes.

@mikethompson thanks ?I think it’s the beeswax finish, I only just bought it but I will post more photos once it arrives. I think I got a bargain as I paid under £50 for it. Fingers crossed ?

Meerschaum gets very soft with water, so I'd avoid any hot water flushes that some people do with briar. This may be obvious, but it's relatively fragile, so avoid dropping if possible (the exception being, Chasing Embers's giant skull pipe that apparently dented his floor).

Yeah I remember that.
We felt that impact all the way down here in the southern hemisphere.
My neighbour had to replace his windows.

Love it!

Meers are easy to clean and maintain. I've even dunked of few of mine in the swimming pool and not had any issues. Dropping them on concrete is another story.

I love my meerschaums, good buy! I found my meerschaums not anymore difficult to smoke than my cobs and briars, stuff, light and puff, thats it. Now have fun smoking it a lot and put some color on it, wonder how a waxed meer will color.
