I am fortunate, I smoke in my house. I usually lean to lighter aros indoors, shying away from English blends, though they come out for a change of pace once and a while. All that said, I still prefer to smoke outside, because I enjoy being outdoors. Only the truly cruel months of Jan and Feb here in Michigan, are indoor only. :puffy:

Yeah Duane, in my recliner inside as well. Simply put a box fan in the window nest to it to vent smoke out. I do like my comforts and outside is a might less comfortable to me.

opposite problem here in Miami, but I'm blessed to have a room I was able to set aside, ventilate and turn into a comfy den.
If you are relegated to your patio, can you run a space heater out to help. The ground-safe, ceramic ones are pretty handy.
And these aren't too expensive to buy or run and work nicely. $150 buys a good unit.
