Wind caps

I have a Brog Old Army with a permanent wind cap built in. I've been smoking it a lot this time of year because it's so windy here in the fall.

I like that pipe alot and the wind cap is handy where I live, but I admit it is kinda a pain to clean (since the cap is built directly onto the rim and doesn't come off, the lid only flips up). The actual pipe smokes very well, though. Better than some more expensive pipes I have. I personally think Brogs are kinda underrated, although I like my little poker pipe the better of my two Brogs.

I use the cheapo ones for preloading pipes when I take one on the go. I remove it to light and smoke, but it does a good job of keeping the tobacco in the bowl.
