The simple answer is probably not. The reasons (ranging from FDA, small market share, licensing) have been brought up here ad nauseam. The best advice is to begin your search for suitable replacement(s).
What decon said. Other Forums members have gone into detail on the reasons why not. So, make a note on the constituent tobaccos in 221 Baker, look for blends with the same ones, then sample around to find which taste as if they have similar proportions. You may or may not find a close match, but you might find blends you really like, along the way. Also try some genres you haven't explored much before. It's a whole new day.
