You know it just occurred to me that if you hooked a little motor to that thing you might get it to spin fast enough to light an led.

I know that Chacom designs and builds quite a few pipe models with stingers. I've always found stingers to be a real PITA, without any redeeming feature. Any "cooling" they accomplish is minimal.

Have found this filter to be effective with a Peterson filter 01 repurposed for codger blend evaluation (e.g. Sutliff Holiday mixture match). No gurgle during smoke nor any condensation visible on the filter after. Easy to clean with pipe cleaner held against one end at start of spiral between left forefinger and thumb and turning with right hand, just a few seconds. Prefer over any stinger design used previously. Moved a back bench pipe back into active service.
