Sigur Ros: Takk

Don’t meet many other sigur ros fans. But every one I know is cool.

Sad but funny story--I bought tickets to see them in New Orleans about a month before the show and when the date arrived I was involved in some house maintenance project and I completely forgot about the show. They were playing in the Saenger Theater, too. Put me on the killin' floor, man! Anyway, I've been to Iceland a couple of times and I see where their music could be influenced by that elegiac beauty.
